A. Paul Melendres, Esq.
Mr. Melendres
was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Prior
to founding Melendres & Melendres, LLC, Mr. Melendres
practiced law in New York City with the Wall
Street law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP,
working closely with corporate and financial institutions,
health care, insurance and real estate clients. He also
has worked with individual clients in a wide range of
litigation matters.
Mr. Melendres has tried
cases in both federal and state court, as well as conducted
mediations and arbitrations. He has experience handling
corporate litigation, personal injury, business and
corporate law, construction litigation, real estate
litigation, joint ventures, bankruptcy law, employment
litigation, litigation before the NASD on securities
matters, family law and health care law. He is licensed
to practice law in New Mexico, New York and Washington
D.C., and is admitted to the Second Circuit.
Mr. Melendres received his law degree from New York
University School of Law, where he served on the Journal
of Legislation and Public Policy, and is a member of
the American Bar Association. He received his undergraduate
degree in Biology and Economics from the University
of New Mexico, where he was elected phi beta kappa
and graduated summa cum laude.
Paige M. Melendres, Esq.
Ms. Melendres was born and raised in a suburb of Chicago,
IL. Ms. Melendres practiced tax law at the New York
City law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where
she specialized in federal and state tax law and worked
closely with financial institutions and corporate clients.
In addition to her tax practice, Ms. Melendres
has experience with employee benefits and retirement
plans. She is licensed to practice law in New York, New Mexico and
is a member of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Melendres received her JD and LLM in Taxation from
New York University School of Law, where she was a Robert
McKay scholar and served on the NYU Law Review. She
received her BA from Middlebury College in Vermont,
where she graduated magna cum laude.
Antonia Roybal-Mack, Esq.
Antonia Roybal-Mack is an attorney who graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Ms. Roybal-Mack is a native New Mexican from Mora and has experience in employment law, general litigation, domestic relations, and criminal matters. Ms. Roybal-Mack also has experience in public administration from her service on the New Mexico State University Board of Regents. She is currently a member of the State Bar Committee on Diversity in the Legal Profession, and the New Mexico Restaurant Association scholarship committee. She is also a member of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Roybal-Mack received her BS from New Mexico State University, where she graduated as a crimson scholar.
